Or we can screw the charts. I mean, if a company has no debt and is producing, trading at a cash flow ratio or projected cash flow ratio of 1, 2, or 3, then it's a buy in my view. Buy on weakness and sit it out, that's what I'm doing. The same applies to developers that have all their funding secured.
