Hi norm and others,
I hear what you say, and what the broker says, however:
i find it difficult to digest the fact that, due to my participation at existing shareholder level in the original offer ~ putting my $ 'on the line', full knowledge of what my risks and other issues were, that i now can't participate in topping up my holding(s) due to these regulations!!!
Any chance of putting this aspect to mgt?
Any chance of reconsideration, given the original full participation?
Just a thought!
