they played their hand very well (ansteel that is) saving grace is in addition to funding they have every incentive to ramp up as much as possible as quickly as possible - we missed the chance to raise on exceptional terms earlier in 2008 when ago and brm and umc et al raised capital and now we pay for our arrogance...who was to know however that events would pan out as they have? no-one!!!
holders will still do very well from these shares in time
