    The XGD can decouple from the XJO. In fact we can decouple from the Dow.

    I know it is a long time ago, but in 1977-1978 the Dow fell about 30% from high to low. Our All Ords was flat in 1977 but rose around 25% in 1978. Gold rose from US$140 to US$240 and gold shares were very strong performers.
