I did much the same. But for each loss i try to analyse what went wrong and try to avoid a repeat elsewhere.
My lesson from this one, is if you don't understand or you can't value it then best to stand away.
I was using brokers recommendation as guidance, rather than using my own guidance.
I also analyse what went right when i make i profit and try to repeat elsewhere.
