There's a few 'interesting' aspects to this cr.
Like interrupting an exceptional rising sp trend occurring off free publicity they knew was coming. This raise was preplanned I suspect, they'd had prior discussions with certain investors, but the response to the limiting factor release caught them off guard prompting a bit of a knee-jerk reaction. No drama.
Also interesting is the sp didn't retrace to the raise level - strength.
