I think you are referring to a single debtor's complaint, and as anybody can log into AFTA and lodge a complaint, one should expect CCP to get a few a day. I understand CCP gets about one complaint for every million dollars it collects, and in FY20 its Australasian collections were $363m. That should be an average of less than two complaints each working day. Many complaints are thrown out for the want of substance. That you know of a complaint, even if it succeeds, is irrelevant to CCP as a business in the big scheme of things.
I had earlier emailed AFCA for information on the case numbers that you supplied, but I am yet to get a reply. Searching on AFCA Web Page found nothing, but I think it may only report resolved cases. Anyhow, as I wrote above, a single complaint may well be irrelevant. I do not think CCP and Westpac should put out an Announcement every time somebody lodges a complaint with AFCA.
