I doubt posting your problem on HC is the way to calm your patience or get your money back any faster.
I also doubt KAI is utilising your refund as it's hopefully just in the mail.
Everything is a little off kilter atm, covid etc...attempting to publicly chastise what I'm assuming is your "investment" on this forum makes no $ense.
