As you indicate it's a Non sensitive announcement ie has no real material impact to the company
Definitely a low key announcement.
Not sure of the timing, but it may have been released to take fuel out of the price action?
Who knows?
The takeaway for me was that Bayer have endorsed the company adding both value & time to the already established contract validating Craig's comment that:
“This new contract amendment is testament to the ongoing business development success of the Company"
The announcement seems like it's PR about the company earning kudos from yet another "whale" company like Bayer. They keep doing this!
Spooked me for a bit, but as you say this has been building for a while & I suspect we'll be up around 8 cents before you know it.
Even if we look at the trades from the 5 August, the day after the Preso when it popped 22% to 43, we can see serious money entering.
Didn't see that money leaving today.
