One Australian council is going to unprecedented lengths to catch rubbish recyclers – monitoring garbage bins with cameras.Canterbury-Bankstown Council in Sydney is the first in the country to fit out its recycling collection fleet with artificial intelligence technology (AI)."In the hopper we have a camera to check the contamination," council waste operations manager Bob Tasker said.
