I think Nigel Lange will get some sales and even some private insurance reimbursement in EU.

So, that's good.

They can probably manage EU and Asia (ex Japan and China) on their own, especially with that bit of cash they have.

But that's not the major issue.

It's the USA. They definitely do not have the skills to manage USA IND through FDA. So, it comes down to partnering the USA. This is where it gets tricky. If they were acting in the interests of shareholders and patients, they would partner USA immediately. The share price would treble, and the product would be in clinic much earlier, earning royalties. The actual upfront $ and % are irrelevant - it will tell the market the product is viable, and the costs of IND handed off.

If they pursue USA on their own they are kidding, using the (likely good imho) technology to keep themselves in high paid jobs for life, one CR after another.

Still waiting for an executive medical director, btw. Wonder why that hasn't happened.

It's a pity there isn't a single major shareholder to hold them to account. Indeed, collectively the management and board are the only major shareholder. You'd think that would be a good incentive, but here I think not. The best outcome would be for a player to grab 15% of the company and drive through partnering deals.

In fact, there's an opportunity for a fund to make some $ here - there will be lots of sellers between 0.11-0.15 - but they will then need to get activist.
