I'm not sure what to make of this. Its not classed as market sensitive.  Mr Xipeng Li was not turning up at meetings anyway. He would have contributed to Jatcorp with business contacts in China.

Mr SUN Xin seems like a good choice now to further develop Jatcorp's business in China. He certainly has experience in China regulatory frameworks

"Mr Sun is well experienced in Chinese securities and business regulation as well as the development and execution of strategic transactions in China and the Asia-Pacific"

He may buy a few shares in JAT anyway.
