steve I was on the call - no questions and not much guidance - lots of cautionary and prudent comments and "right thing to do". interestingly they paid out 50% of 2H earnings as dividend so it seems that the board is mindful of the optic of taking ~10m in tax payer funds and paid out a dividend. large cash pile so conservative stance there too. they want to hold it for strategic options.
