As I said, Ta Khoa is of national importance and the template for a revised Vietnamese mining industry. There will be tax reform to incentivise foreign investment in mining as seen in the Vietnamese Mining Master Plan. The signing of the TPP and the ratification this year of the European-Vietnam FTA speaks volumes for a government progressing to an open western economic system (reverse Trumponomics).
