Divided evenly I think it is about 0.78 of an ounce per person globally. Not everyone wants it (eg Skol) so some will have more than others. They have coins as small as 1/500 of an ounce. Not really practical though.
It is interesting that the uncovering of gold roughly aligns with the birth rate. Weird huh?
