I expect EPG see greater potential in Europe. Their strategic focus has been in Europe and as far as I can tell, there would be little point them diversifying into new projects in WA unless a partner was going to 'carry' the project financially. I dont know much about their ground in WA so I cant really comment on whether that is likely to happen. Just my (another) opinion and I am no expert.
