The previous MSC trials (China and Mt Sinai) indicate to me there is drug activity. The theory behind MSC MOA also supports the notion that we will get a positive result.
It might not happen, but I foresee overwhelming efficacy. If the Remdesivir trial can be stopped on the back of a slight reduction in illness length, I am relatively confident our trial will be stopped on at least a reduction in time on ventilator (secondary endpoint). We might get a sufficient signal of lives saved as well.
