Hasnt it been that ratio for most of the time lately, even when it was going down? I'd argue beyond the first 5 lines the bulk of this "demand" is probably fiction. Pretty easy once it found a solid base to park funds off to the side in a buy queue like this without much risk since its unlikely to get hit.
