Just gone through the agenda for the AGM and voted.
For a company that has destroyed LTH share value, the fact that they have set their performance hurdles as achieving $0.06, $0.08 and $0.10 per share over a five day period is a joke.
Another example of the directors of this company lining their own pockets. It has been happening for years by this group as well as the previous.
Those performance targets are embarrassing. I have expressed my view through my vote. I encourage all to vote as they see fit.
