I have no idea what SYS will do with Jumbuck. Usually I guess that they would look to flip it for a quick buck but because the TYX CEO came with the deal it looks like something else is afoot. The meeting to vote on the SYS offer is yet to be scheduled but was promised for mid September.
My best hope is that MEU would make a full script offer directly to TYX share holders as a TYX holder I don't trust our board with anything of value.
