Mr Alan Shortall was issued those shares,

5,000,000 Shares Escowed until 28th Dec 2009.
5,000,000 '' ''' '' 28th Dec 2010
Subject to early vesting criteria.
7,500,000 ESOP Options Exercise price 33 cents
Expiry 30th Sept 2013 Subject to Speacial Vesting
Criteria.

I was a s/holder about 4 or 5 years ago, and done a
substantial amount of money, people involved in the
company back then were mining the market, and done it
successfully, but in saying that, I know the company
would be going places if they got FDA approval.

IMHO The Options should of had a higher exercise price
33 cents by the 30th Sept 2013 is really a joke,
considering the shares last traded @ 27.5.C The shares
traded @33 cents in mid Sept last year.
Re reading the updated ann IMHO he has already met the
Vesting Criteria. So that means he can dispose of the
shares at anytime that he wants.

So all I would like to say is, you as a s/h paid for
these shares.
