Hi Dargie If The Bank( or Banks) are not putting in more monies to keep the company running I do not see how issueing another form of security to the banks can help I guess that it will not be ordinary shares Cheers Towie I keep thinking that it was these clever bank managers who said Yes to lending these monies in the first place and also giving a feeling of security to Shareholders The Banks do have big responsebilities ( Spelling ) to the shareholders of these companies Cheers Towie
