    looks like thats the end of it. what a waste of time the last two years. i had written my shares off in my own mind anyway. looks like the rights issue is dead in the water. puntland can have faroole. no oil players will go near this mob anyway if the kick out AOI. puntland will now just turn into the south under mr garowe online
