Aust prawns, oyster, mussels, fish fillets, whatever tickles my fancy
Why not buy at coles/woolies?
I perceive it to be frozen and imported at the supermarkets (could be wrong),
far more variety at fishmonger, plus at my favorite local fisho they can fry it up if I am lazy
Is it cheap?
I am not really sure
If I thought i'd catch anything at my closest fishing spot (Berowra Waters, North west Sydney) I would not need to visit the supermarket or fishmonger.
