Bermuda, we went over this before, and I don't know why you are so stubborn on this.

VPE has the CSG assets basically by accident. DHJ himself considered these as recently as last year as 'legacy assets', that he 'didn't find challegening enough' as a geologist.

This can all be traced by reading up on old presentations and announcements, so why do you continue to argue that DHJ deliberately put together a CSG portfolio that will one day be worth a bundle?

Also, I urge you to examine how dismal VPE's SP performance has been ever since CSG became big, compared to other professionally managed CSG players, e.g. Sunshine, Pure, Queesnland Gas, etc. Even a minnow like Roma more than quadrupled since the CSG story began.

DHJ continues to argue how much more VPE is worth as opposed to its SP, but at the end of the day, SP is all that counts, and the very reason why the market doesn't have confidence in VPE may just be DHJ.

This latest option grab does further feed the suspicions of many, that is that DHJ really only seems to be in it for himself, and that he gives eff all about ordinary holders.
