The place is said to be saturated with gas. He probably looked at the area derisked and he sees more than enough of the story to say somehow , what we have here so far is definitely greater than 8 tcf! However he probably can't say that unless with a lengthy ANN! I might be wrong though, I am not an oil and gas man!
