    AZZUMAH, I agree 100%. PEM management have failed PEM shareholders miserably by selling 50.1% at such a very cheap price. Obviously they do not have much experience dealing with the Chinese.
    I will vote against the CHEAP Chinese handout and will vote for the merger as I believe that this is the best way forward.
    Otherwise maybe it's better to sell and look for greener pastures.
