I see - you are new to HC (from 5/12/08). Everyone has the right to present his or her opinion.
From my experience (burned in TMR) let me tell you, most of small companies mislead us shareholders. I wouldn't be sure CBH is able to well manage a merged company. I treat every news release with a little of scepticism. What I don’t like is the way CBH want to convince us to agree for a merger. If someone wanted to achieve its goal by presenting claims, my daughter would say ‘you are what you say’.

I will vote for (at least the company will survive and its assets won't be sold for peanuts; additionally it will have the open door to Chinese market). Certainly I would be much happier if the Australian company offered better deal for PEM. But in the current financial environment it is difficult to operate for many our companies

    Cheers NJ
