Convalescent plasma has a “potential” for #COVID19 but it is not a home run. There is no clinical trial data suggesting a clear benefit. Data suggest if given early (within 3 d of onset of symptoms) and using plasma withlevels of IgG antibodies against #SARSCoV2 is better.
