If a US supply deal has an exclusivity agreement for US supply, it would make total sense for it to be removed from Amazon in order to comply with a new supply contract.
Another likely reason would be they are simply out of stock due to a high volume of recent sales, which would make sense considering how many new avenues of sales have opened up in recent weeks.
I highly doubt it would have anything to do with T&C and compliance. Many other Kava suppliers are still present on Amazon.
