SeamFiend: I like your optimism. However, I hope that you have read especially 618's EXCELLENT post earlier today very carefully. Somehow, these guys at the helm find always ways and means to ..... the small shareholder by either continuing to DILUTE them time after time or by setting themselves "non-targets" to get into the money. The ONLY positive I foresee at the moment is that a take-over price will have to be ABOVE 25c. But MAYBE they (i.e. the big shareholders) will somehow strike a special deal amongst themselves and yet again ..... us.
I foresee that they vote themselves their ugly deal - I look upon this as a "done deal", unfortunately.
I just hope that we get a reasonably high takeover offer SOONER rather than LATER. I expect it to be only in the territory of about 30c to 35c.

P.S. I was tempted to sell and invest into a more decently run company. But will hold on for the time being.
