    I have a question:

    Is PEM suggesting they create shares for the chinese out of thin air, effectively more-than doubling the current number of shares on the market??

    Cos that sounds like a ridiculous amount of dilution . . .

    How could it possibly be in the best interests of PEM shareholders???
