Kinda interesting to see what will come of the sneaky GLI holders that split their holding parcells so they could receive a 100% rather 45% take-up of their shares by Emerald. Not sure where this stands as Emerald may of made a blunder with this one & some GLI holders have seen the loop-hole.

Emerald seem to have paid the full price for some shares (amount not yet known)& thus used a lot of of extra cash & thus lost of a lot of cash as well.

May be something the lawyers will have have to thrash out.
