Government greed,why share with anybody,stick them out there,just like a pokie and watch the cash roll in but pokies are maintained and monitored and the Gov just takes its cut. Why should it be different with this cash cow.There is an expertees and a cost involved in running any modern complicated technical system.Take your cut(gov) and let the experts run it and if it has any problems they will soon fix it because they are losing money and that is their income and if they dont its baked beans for dinner and a kick up the backside.Governments should stick with what they know and do.
