Plant based meat is already happening, its not the next big thing, its is a big thing now now now although there are few ready made fake meat products that are worth the effort in my view. I have tried some from different specialty organic outlets and have found them not really that great! Although I love the vegan food provided by certain vegan restaurants, not all of them. The cuisine has not yet been mastered commercially except by particular artisan chefs who are performing a wonderful service to animals as well as people who care. The commercial companies who source from animal factories are never going to manage it well as they are just not on the right mission, just in it for the $$$ not the ethics.
