Agree with you but you also need to see the whole picture of a business, not just the mathematics. By the time you see the value with the contracts/income, we will have bought a better position than you will be able to. Nothing wrong with that but you also need to understand that other may have a different approach to their investment. Similar to gold mine, buying at drilling test or even before will give you a very good position once/if gold is found.
I strongly believe that AR9 will do well and I am very happy to have bought a while ago, and I also respect that you want to wait to see more income into AR9 before buying....nothing wrong with any of the investment strategy, sometime you may wish to take some risk and get some great result ....or not!
