With all metals it is supply/demand that is the driver for price and investment. If tin was a major investment for me I might pay the several thousand dollars to buy one of the key market reports for more accurate supply and demand data. However, Australia is a bit player in the world tin supply with developing countries being the major suppliers. But, I can look to price trends and the historical price has some repeat cycles and the troughs in price have not been extended and which have steepish recoveries. So it could be a reason for optimism although this is not because we are producing at SRZ but it may be a sign of preparedness to invest. We are relatively close to Australia's only other producers. Our best option still seems to be supplementing their supply or buy-out. Just my thoughts only. DYOR and Good Luck.
