    Pretty stock standard for a company in administration. Once they work out what they are doing they just pay the fees, catch up on the overdue reports and will be back listed again.

    Assuming the Recapitilisation DOCA is approved by creditors there will then be a vote by shareholders. Then the board will set about the regulatory stuff to get back listed on the ASX.

    Question is what assets will they have in the company?
