What a wild conspiracy you have there Kiwi, but nah i don't think you are right. The whole "something must be going on" conspiracy theory is used by people to try to rationalize something bad going on.
Remember when management were issuing themselves more options and everyone was saying "something must be happening! surely they wouldn't issue them with a strike price of 20 if nothing good was coming" but here we are months later.....
