reconstruction/bonus free-attaching options

To all shareholders of Minerals Corporation (MSC)!

Before the upcoming reconstruction/consolidation of the current share issue (approx. 2.6B FPO), I urge all MSC shareholders to contact the Company asking for free-attaching options to be included in the reconstruction/consolidation.

This should be more than feasible as the post reconstruction would leave less than 270M FPO's on issue.

Vic Alexander is a most reasonable fellow and, I feel, with the correct amount of impetus from shareholders, this may be achieved.

After all, the shareholders deserve no less for their unflinching support over the years and through very lean times.
