Agree - didn't participate in the last CR - not long and Thai vendor will probably be in full control - I'm sure its not what long suffering shareholders were hoping for. Since lockdowns are still in control I doubt share price will improve prior to next CR and then say hi to Thai control. AIMHO.

All stars are aligning to the adversary - to think how much has been lost of shareholder funds fighting and here we are.

All minority holders have been thrown at the mercy of ... (what I'd like to say I'd better refrain from). Holders don't need luck - we need a miracle.
