Misty.what opposition govt has ever come up with alternative policies,credible or not, in the first 12 to 15 mths after an election defeat. NIL Do you honestly think Rudd and co would act on the oppositions policy idea,NO , that would make the labs look weaker than normal. There is plenty of time before it will be beneficial for the libs to release some policy detail,beneficial not just for them but also for the voting public. And in case your memory has faded re the Libs being in disarray and void of policy/ideas,what about the debate etc on the bank guarantee stuff and also the medicare surcharge income cut off amt. So don't worry about the Libs not having any influence,lets just hope that rudd and co. don't make too many mistakes with our future direction.
