Why would Big Pham companies buy the license for this drug for just say 500million (I may be way off) when they could buy the whole company for way cheaper especially with the MC at only 100million. this will save them paying royalties to Kazia for years and also opens up the other grants and studies which they have on going.
I even think lot of shareholders would take $3-$4 imo
like I said I'm only learning and would like to know a bit more about it.
