If the risk reward scenarios are:

a) Buy at 3 cents with the no visibility over what the Thai vendor will do but the fact is its in his interest to drive the share price and company into the ground.
Or
b) Buy at 10 cents (market cap circa $120 mil) after he shows he is busting his balls to get SV back to its previous EBITDA of $60 million (which he achieved).

IMO option B would be no brainer from a risk reward perspective. But hey, you are free to choose option A, lots of people gamble on the stock market.....no laws against that.
