Yes 100%.
I frankly told him over the phone that the June announcement was firmly stated that cap raise was not needed. Then boom, 1 month later, cap raised and the BOA took 4 days in trading halt and didn’t come out with a positive announcement. That’s purely deceptive and unethical especially they released 3 back to back announcements of tiny sales, even my cafe can make more than that.
And yes he sounded very pushy. Gave me all of the positive news and prospect about DRO. Very unimpressed.
