This definitely isn't Forge v2. We're in a niche sector and only looking for vertical integration to water drilling. Hutchinson cashed in his chips (~$7.8m) in Forge in July 2012, almost two years before they went bankrupt. They should've never acquired CTEC and I suggest his resignation might reflect his view on that acquisition at the time!
