Hi Mickle, and others who seem to expect a SP drop on "no news" tomorrow
If tomorrow's announcement is simply a reiteration of what has previously been released, it does not have to put pressure on the share price at all. It is in fact very common for a SP to go up on negative news as long as that negative news is better than what had been expected. If tomorrows announcement is in line with expectations you could just as logically get either a small drop, or sideways movement or a small increase. If the announcement is negative but better than consensus opinion, you could see us straight back to 35 or so as people's fears over the last few days are somewhat allayed. If the news is worse than expected, well, say no more.
Having said that, the decline over the last 2 days might be nothing more than a consolidation rather than "fear".
Please all sleep well tonight as you cannot speculate the news into changing.
