The annual results are already priced in with the half yearly, Q3 & Q4 reports you can paint a fairly accurate picture as to what they achieved financially during the year.

On a positive note shorts have decreased over the past 2 months currently 4.5% with average 5.1 days to cover. Indication that we shouldn't get any major financial surprises. Those open positions may hold up until the results are released but even then i think its a 10% +/- impact on share price. (To be fair we're quite used to it by now). Im no expert so dont hold me on that.

Downside - Cash burn in Marketing and partnerships is very high as you would expect, i would like to get a better idea of the monetary gain that can be attributed to this expense in partnering with sporting teams and associations. Basically what it costs and what percentage of the revenue can be attributed to the advertising. I would find some comfort in knowing that the expense has been managed well and we are seeing some benefit.

Aside from that we have a great management team with a depth of experience and innovation. Table tennis being the main handle during covid was genius.

I really like this stock and have liked it for a longtime, however in terms of my investment goals its not as bullish as i would have liked it to be. It is definitely a great stock to watch and hold - im banking that betting on the NBA season and the Presidency (if allowed) will hopefully inject some significant revenue whilst the pandemic is still around. Its still very unclear about what sports will go ahead in the USA but fingers are crossed and im staying optimistic.

My expectations are $8-$8.50 post Q1 results or leading up to, however, reality is unless sports get the green light in the USA . the Share price will likely struggle to stay above $6 in my opinion anything over that mark is a bonus.
