Couldn’t Apple just move their manufacturing to another country? Not sure if they could do it quickly, and at what cost? iPhone is behind the major Chinese brands domestically.
Apple contract manufacturers Hon Hai (Foxconn) and TSMC are Taiwanese companies. Why would CCP put at risk the many thousands of jobs that are a result of manufacturing products in China?
