all you need is a LinkedIn account which is free ... then look up Ora Banda etc ... basically mgmt want OBM to be a major gold producer for many years longer than the first 5yrs .. with higher grades + smart exploration across a massive land holding that has never been properly developed ... Gas power Vs old diesel power plant to lower costs ..some hedging to protect fat margins ongoing exploration while producing etc
